Kim
Burchett is a native of Florida, born in Fort Lauderdale and raised in Carrollwood, North Tampa. She went to high school in
South Tampa, and college at the University of Florida in the beautiful city of Gainesville. Kim currently lives in historical
Seminole Heights, after spending some time in the Clearwater Dunedin area. Having lived in Tampa for over 20 years, Kim has
a real love and knowledge of the area, as well as a feel for the trends in the bay area Real Estate market.
The
experience of buying her first home sparked an interest in real estate. While buying that first home, Kim was working long
hours at a fortune 500 company, and discovered just how stressful it can be to buy and sell a home while working at the same
time. She also learned just how important it is to have the right team on your side. That’s why Kim joined Homeward
Real Estate. Kim Burchett wants to be your Real Estate consultant. She wants to listen to your needs and devise a strategic
plan to exceed all of your expectations and achieve all of your goals in a timely manner. Most importantly, Kim wants to focus
on making your real estate experience a stress free and enjoyable one. She knows the stresses of moving a family, whether
across town or across the country, and has the knowledge to find the right neighborhood for the most demanding of clients.
In her free time Kim enjoys traveling, looking at homes, biking, decorating and renovating, gardening and playing
the piano.
